Belville Elementary School is located in Leland NC in Brunswick County. It is on River Rd SE across from the Belville Riverwalk Park. It has approximately 844 students in K-5. However that info may be "old." The region has been gaining new residents at high pace the past 5 years so that neighborhoods that once were self select 55+ communities like Brunswick Forest now have families moving into them regularly.

Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year! I am eager to see our returning Sharks and meet our new ones!
First, I would like to introduce myself. For those of you that have not met me, my name is Allison Dixon. I have been blessed to be a part of Belville Elementary for the past four years, serving as the assistant principal.
I grew up in Ohio and attended Miami University (Oxford, Ohio) for my undergraduate degree. I received my graduate degree in education from Ashland University (Ashland, Ohio). My husband, James, and I moved to the area ten years ago. We have two daughters (Olivia-6 and Billie-2), and a dog, Teddy. As a family, we enjoy the pool, the beach, and being outside! Personally, I enjoy exercising and I am an avid Peloton rider. I am also a huge Ohio State Buckeye fan - GO BUCKS!
My goal as principal is to assist and support our talented Belville staff in providing an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity and engages all students in a rigorous curriculum, academically and socially to prepare them for their future. My door is always open. "
