Campbells Ridge homes Leland NC

Campbells Ridge is an 85 homesite pocket community located just off of Highway 17 where the 140 bypass intersects. It is minutes away from the heart of Leland including grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and much more making it a prime location. The community has 85 single-family home sites (spread across 65 acres) that average 1/2 an acre and 50 feet or more between neighbors. The homes are built by Bill Clark Homes.

When I visited this neighborhood for the first time in 2023 I was blown away. The lots are half acre lots where the homes often sit 100 feet back from the road.  So much elbow room!  I am not aware of any other new construction Leland homes with a similar lot size other than The Bluffs on the Cape Fear? The neighborhood is relatively new starting around 2022 so there is no market data available for it.
