No HOA homes for sale Leland NC

A real estate that I encounter all the time is the demand for Leland homes with no HOA for sale. People love not having restrictions of what they can do on their property. For example you may own a home in Leland and want to put up a backyard above ground swimming pool, but in many HOAs you are not allowed to have above ground pools. You might also have the same issue with wanting to park a working truck or a boat in your driveway, but many HOAs do not allow that.
