Let's face it when you're looking for condos to rent for a vacation what is one of the main variables that you're searching for? Well if you're a family with kiddos no doubt you've got your eyes open for lazy rivers with the condos  as you are considering renting. For some reason lazy Rivers get the kids so excited, and it's ironic that you're spending big money to be at the ocean yet the kids instead would rather be in a chlorinated lazy river which is often in the shade instead of out in the sunshine. For investors in a North Myrtle Beach condo it has to be on your mind that there is extra demand for  Myrtle Beach lazy rivers in the marketplace. Therefore you know the condo is going to have higher gross rental income each year because of the additional features and amenities. The question is from a vacation rental investor perspective is whether or not the increased rental income is much greater than the higher HOA fees that come with North Myrtle Beach condos when they have all these additional amenities. You have to run the numbers and do the math and see if it's worth extra for the monthly HOA fee that is higher in exchange for higher amenities which cause you to get higher rental numbers.
