This is a newer master planned community with many homes built since 2010 that sits on 236 acres.  There is newer retail there, etc.  More details on the way! One of the best parts about the neighborhood are its Charleston style houses with 2 story front porches. Some nuances of the neighborhood is that all the homes are on 0.15 acre lots with minor variation and generally they are large homes. Most are 3200+ square feet. So on such small lots they seem like little mansions. The construction of homes actually began in 2007 right after Mayfaire was being built. The 2 locations are brother and sister in a matter of speaking.
